___Three 2” deep 6” cakes (PLS BRING FIRM CAKE)
___Three 2” deep 8 or 9 inch round cakes (PLS BRING FIRM CAKE)
___Cake board (drum or wood) 10 inches or plate to put the cake on
___Frosting 6-9 cups (butter cream is best, stiff)
___Fondant (to cover the cake with and some to make details with
___Cake boards- cardboard 2 of each size __6” ___8 or 9”
___Bread knife (there will be one in class if you do not have one)
___Rolling mat
___Large rolling pin
___spatula
___wood dowels
___a bowl to put your butter cream in the microwave
These cakes are going to be on a small scale but you will learn the basics.
